Hirofusa has its roots as a swordsmith since 1844.

永年培われた伝統と技術をもって、全ての工程を一貫製造で行い、真に良い製品をお届けしています。

Using ancestral tradition and technics, we perform all fabrication process in a single workshop to deliver truly excellent products.

We would like you to enjoy our products and use it for a long time, enriching customers’ lives through cutlery products. We continue to make knives while constantly refining our technique and spirit for our client’s satisfaction. We will give you a special tour of our workshop. You will also be able to purchase knives.

okudo中村舎での藁ない体験／Straw-working experience at Okudo Nakamuraya

築220年、日本家屋のもとで昔の暮らしを紡ぐ、okudo中村舎。おくどをはじめとした、昔ながらの伝統的なものが今でも多く残っています。昔ながらの藁ない体験やおくどで炊いたかまどご飯などを堪能します。

A 220-year-old Japanese house that recreates the old lifestyle.There are still many old traditional traditions remaining like Okudo (kitchen).You can experience traditional straw-working and rice cooking using Kamado (oven).
